Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management across feasibility through final account. You will prepare budgets, BOQs and cost breakdowns while managing procurement, bid evaluations and change control with clients and contractors. You will mentor a team and report to senior stakeholders.

The role requires strong English and Spanish, exposure to international clients, and site-based work as needed in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years experience in cost management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture.
• RICS/AACE certifications/memberships.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work under pressure to deliver deadlines.
• Strong client management and teamwork skills.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, CostX, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management across feasibility, design and construction stages.
• Prepare budget estimates and quantified BOQ cost breakdowns.
• Manage procurement processes, bids and contract negotiations.
• Review changes and manage change orders with clients and GCs.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and present to stakeholders.
• Lead a cost management team and mentor junior staff.
