Job summary

Keste seeks a Senior Technical Consultant for client services to provide senior-level leadership for Microsoft D365 CE and Power Platform initiatives. You will debug issues, optimize performance, share best practices, and manage releases, code, and environments for customers.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate across locations, and deliver technical training and documentation per FDD, with flexible shifts across time zones.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including code modifications, debugging, performance optimization, integrations, support and best practices.
• Experience building, troubleshooting Power Automate Flows.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure, Azure Data Factory and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of LifeCycle Services (LCS), PPAC and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Solid grasp of migration, integration, D365 LOBC and CE capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of dual write and Dynamics 365 integration approaches.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Ability to work with a virtual team across locations (onsite/nearshore/offshore).
• Ability to estimate development effort and provide best-practice guidance to functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with ownership and multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve senior-level technical support issues within SLA.
• Coordinate with support lead and functional consultant for progression of tickets; escalate as needed.
• Estimate and develop modifications from enhancement requests and guide deployment.
• Provide guidance on best practices and design approaches to the support team.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of support cases and resolutions.
• Stay current with D365 updates and features; recommend improvements.
• Maintain and improve knowledge base for client care team.
• Assist with implementation projects when required.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Be open to different shifts/time zones as needed.
