Job summary

Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking a senior Business Analyst/Functional Consultant to lead discovery, translate business needs into Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, and guide fit-gap analyses.

The role emphasizes stakeholder workshops, requirement elicitation, and effective collaboration with IT and business teams. You will configure Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, define future-state processes, and manage user stories in Azure DevOps, supporting agile delivery and product support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of Business Analysis and Functional Consulting experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Automate.
• Deep understanding of CRM processes including Lead, Opportunity Management, Business Requirements, and User Stories.
• Microsoft Certifications: PL-200, PL-100, and Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to understand business objectives and operational challenges.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and Dynamics 365 / Power Platform capabilities.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes; design functional solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration specifications.
• Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service solutions (tables/entities, user experiences).
• Create and manage user stories within Azure DevOps or similar platforms; support backlog and sprint planning.
