Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Experience in building and troubleshooting Power Automate Flows.
• Strong knowledge of D365 line of business applications.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve senior-level technical issues.
• Work with functional consultants to manage support tickets.
• Maintain documentation of support cases and resolutions.
