Hexaware Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will lead discovery sessions, document as-is and to-be processes, and drive configuration across Sales and Customer Service modules.

The role requires deep CRM knowledge, strong stakeholder facilitation, and experience in agile backlog management to support iterative delivery.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
5+ years of Business Analysis and Functional Consulting experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Automate.
Deep understanding of CRM processes including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Business Requirements, User Stories.

Mansioni

Business Analysis & Process Design.
Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to understand business objectives and operational challenges.
Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and Dynamics 365 / Power Platform capabilities.
Document current-state and future-state business processes.
Translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration specifications.
Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
Create and manage user stories within Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
Support backlog management and sprint planning activities.
