Argano is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant, Client Services to provide senior-level technical leadership for customers using Microsoft D365 CE and Power Platform. You will debug issues, implement enhancements, and guide the client care team with best practices across multiple time zones.

The role requires strong experience with D365 CE, Power Automate, Azure services, and lifecycle tools (LCS, PPAC, ADO). You will mentor colleagues and support complex integrations and migrations.

Formación

• Five or more years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including code modifications, debugging, and integrations.
• Experience building, maintaining and troubleshooting Power Automate Flows.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform, Azure, Data Factory and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of LCS, PPAC and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with migration, integration, and CE capabilities; dual write knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior-level technical leadership and customer support within SLAs.
• Collaborate with support leads and functional consultants to progress and resolve open tickets.
• Estimate and implement modifications from enhancement requests and coordinate deployments.
• Maintain knowledge base and provide best-practice guidance to teammates.
• Stay current with D365 updates and recommend system enhancements.
• Mentor junior team members and support cross-time-zone teams.
