Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Responsibilities include managing client implementations, leading status calls, and providing solutions to ensure minimal business disruptions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across time zones are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX implementation.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to work with virtual teams across multiple time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix support issues.
• Manage client implementations and environments.
• Lead weekly client status calls.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in information systems management, Computer Science, or related experience
