Argano in Mexico is seeking a Lead Consultant to manage mid- to large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud engagements, delivering expert guidance and technology-driven solutions to optimize clients' HR processes and cloud deployments.

The role includes directing client workshops, configuring Oracle Cloud environments, mentoring associates, and collaborating with the delivery team to ensure high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction on complex initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mid- to large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud engagements for clients.
• Mentor Associate and Senior consultants and share knowledge across teams.
• Coordinate workshops, gather requirements, and align Oracle Cloud functionality with business needs.
• Manage project scope, risks, and delivery deadlines for successful outcomes.
• Guide clients on options, risks, and impacts to processes and systems.
• Drive client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
