Klar, based in Mexico City, seeks a Senior CX Specialist to scale our Customer Experience with data-driven, AI-powered solutions. You’ll own end-to-end initiatives, leverage automation, and partner across Product, Operations, and Data & AI to improve customer journeys and efficiency.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary, stock options, 15 days of vacation, health insurance, and a modern central office with hybrid work 2–3 days per week.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or analytical field.
• Experience with Excel and intermediate SQL and Python.
• Interest in AI, automation and applying them to operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CX projects end-to-end including problem identification, design, implementation, measurement and iteration.
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automation to improve customer journeys.
• Analyze KPIs, identify root causes and translate insights into prioritized initiatives.
