Klar is hiring a Junior CX BA in Mexico City to evolve and scale our Customer Experience operation. You will own initiatives end-to-end, using data, automation, and AI to improve onboarding and chargebacks processes.

This full-time hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s in an engineering or analytical field, strong Excel/SQL/Python skills, AI/automation interest, and good English proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or analytical field (e.g., Computational, Mechatronics, Mathematics, Physics).
• Analytical & data skills: experience with Excel and basic/intermediate SQL and Python.
• Interest in AI, automation, and applying them to operational problems.
• Ability to understand complex processes and design scalable solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience collaborating across teams and driving initiatives end-to-end.
• Advanced English level, as most internal communication takes place in English.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Project Ownership: lead CX projects from problem identification to measurement and iteration.
• AI & Automation: design, test, and implement automated workflows and AI-powered solutions.
• Data-Driven CX Optimization: analyze KPIs, drivers, and trends to identify opportunities.
• Scalable Process Design: map and optimize CX processes for scalability and self-service.
• Knowledge Management: maintain accurate, clear knowledge for AI and agents.
• Complex Case & Root-Cause Analysis: support resolution of deep, cross-functional issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Product, Operations, Data & AI, and others.
