HARMAN in Tijuana, Mexico, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for internal and external customers. You will handle inquiries, process orders and payments, manage RMAs, and coordinate with Technical Support to ensure timely resolutions.

Required are a high school diploma, 5+ years in customer service, and fluency in English and Spanish. Proficiency with SAP, MS Dynamics CRM, and Braintree is a plus.

• Proven customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain daily communication with customers to resolve cases and ensure satisfaction.
• Inform customers about order status, repairs, and warranty details.
• Coordinate with technical support to create RMAs and track service requests.
• Process payments, generate invoices, and manage returns and part orders.
• Document inquiries and follow up on outstanding issues with accuracy.
• Provide pricing and delivery information and organize workflow to meet deadlines.
