Eaton is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative in Tijuana, Baja California. The role focuses on managing customer relationships, coordinating with Operations and Account Management to ensure a single voice to the customer

Responsibilities include tracking deliveries, supporting program execution, and facilitating escalations while maintaining strong communication across global teams. Fluency in English/Spanish preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years’ work experience in Customer Service, Sales, or related field.
• Customer Support/Satisfaction
• Strong negotiation ability
• Teamplayer
• Logistics, Shipping, Quality, Manufacturing process knowledge preferred.
• MS Office experience, MS Excel ability
• Preferred bilingual in English/Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily delivery status communication between Tijuana plant operations and the third-party customer with cross-functional Eaton teams.
• Develop internal support plan to meet customer delivery and quality performance expectations.
• Support high-importance customer engagement teams and program management reviews.
• Track high-priority parts through production and escalate concerns as needed.
• Understand all contracted terms for assigned customers with account management.
• Plan and justify customer visits, negotiate agendas, and handle escalations.
