Job summary

Empresaconfidencial seeks a Digital CRM Technology Manager to lead a complex CRM ecosystem within a large enterprise. You will drive strategy, architecture, delivery, and continuous improvement across customer engagement platforms, partnering with business, data, and external vendors.

Responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring platform stability and omnichannel experiences. Advanced English and 8+ years in CRM leadership are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience leading CRM technology or enterprise digital solutions.
Strong experience with Salesforce ecosystems: Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise tech landscapes.
Experience leading technical teams and managing external vendors.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira.

Responsibilities

Lead the technology strategy and evolution of the enterprise CRM ecosystem.
Oversee CRM initiatives from requirements through implementation and operations.
Translate customer needs into scalable technology solutions with stakeholders.
Oversee CRM architecture, integrations, governance, and platform stability.
Collaborate with Data, Digital, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and external partners to deliver omnichannel experiences.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary technical team and manage vendors, risks, and timelines.
