Job summary

Empresaconfidencial is seeking an experienced Digital CRM Technology Manager to lead the evolution of a complex CRM technology ecosystem within a large enterprise. This strategic role drives the roadmap, delivery, architecture, and continuous improvement of customer engagement platforms in partnership with business, technology, data, and external vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience leading CRM technology or enterprise digital solutions.
Strong experience managing Salesforce ecosystems including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise tech landscapes.
Experience leading technical teams and managing external vendors.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira.
Advanced English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Lead the technology strategy and evolution of an enterprise CRM ecosystem.
Drive delivery of CRM initiatives from requirements through implementation and operations.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable tech solutions.
Oversee CRM architecture, integrations, governance, platform stability, and optimization.
Collaborate with Data, Digital, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and external partners to deliver omnichannel experiences.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary technical team and manage priorities, vendors, risks, and delivery timelines.
