You will own credit origination strategy and portfolio lifecycle management, designing data-driven underwriting policies and leading experiments to improve profitability and customer experience. Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products at an advanced level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience within financial services and payment institutions.
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities and driving goals to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain end-to-end origination policy, including score cutoffs and pricing, with periodic calibration.
• Own portfolio lifecycle strategy with proactive/reactive line adjustments and delinquency prevention.
• Build and execute champion/challenger testing for origination and informing the modeling team.
• Monitor origination funnel and portfolio health with vintage analysis and loss forecasts.
• Partner with legal, regulatory, finance, and technology teams to align risk programs with policies.
