We seek a Program Manager III to join the International Emerging Payments team and drive cross-functional execution from launch through scale. You will own the program plan, connect workstreams across product, technology, risk, operations, finance, legal, compliance, marketing, and customer service, and build governance mechanisms that don’t yet exist.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program plan for Amazon Credit in Mexico with milestone tracking and delivery timelines across product, tech, risk, operations, finance, legal, compliance, marketing and customer service.
• Drive stakeholder alignment by leading weekly program meetings, preparing leadership status updates, and managing escalations and scope changes through governance.
• Build and maintain program dashboards, risk registers, and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility into health and progress, using AI tools to augment analysis.
• Collaborate with Amazon Credit teams in other geographies and central platforms to identify synergies and align on shared vs local requirements.
• Drive operational readiness for each launch phase by documenting SOPs, training teams, and completing testing across workstreams.
