Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Program Manager III to lead the cross-functional execution of the Amazon Credit initiative from launch through scale.

You will own the program plan, connect workstreams across product, technology, risk, operations, finance, legal, compliance, marketing, and customer service, and build essential mechanisms and controls. You will drive governance, dashboards, risk registers, and leadership updates, using AI tools to accelerate decisions and scale as the business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program plan for Amazon Credit in Mexico, including milestone tracking, critical path analysis, and workstream-level delivery timelines across product, technology, risk, operations, finance, legal, compliance, marketing, and customer service teams.
• Drive stakeholder alignment by leading weekly program meetings, preparing leadership-level status updates, and managing escalations, dependencies, and scope changes through structured governance processes.
• Build and maintain program dashboards, risk registers, and reporting mechanisms that give leadership clear visibility into program health and progress. Use AI tools to augment analysis, improve reporting quality, and accelerate decision-making.
• Partner with Amazon Credit teams in other geographies and central platform teams to identify synergies, share learnings, and align on shared versus local requirements.
• Drive operational readiness for each launch phase by ensuring standard operating procedures are documented, teams are trained, and testing is completed across all workstreams.
