Amazon is building an innovative consumer credit program in Mexico. We seek a seasoned Program Manager III to own the end-to-end plan, align cross-functional teams, and drive the launch from initial concept to scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience coordinating across product, technology, risk, operations, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program plan for Amazon Credit in Mexico, including milestones and timelines across teams.
• Lead weekly program meetings, governance, escalations, dependencies and scope changes.
• Build dashboards, risk registers, and reporting mechanisms with AI-assisted insights.
• Partner with Amazon Credit teams in other geographies to align on shared vs local requirements.
• Drive operational readiness for each launch phase with documented SOPs, training, and testing.
