Fleetio is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join the Legal team. You will independently manage a broad range of matters, with emphasis on commercial contracts, legal operations, and cross‑functional partnership.

You will draft, review, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements, manage matters from intake to execution, and help the Legal Department scale alongside a growing company.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years of paralegal experience, including substantial in-house corporate support.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, amendments, vendor agreements).
• Manage contract matters from intake through execution with internal stakeholders and attorneys.
• Serve as a trusted Legal Department resource for contracts, contracting processes, and vendor/supplier matters.
• Identify issues and escalate risks requiring attorney review.
• Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and workflows to improve efficiency.
