Formación

• 2–4 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong experience with contract drafting and review.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory processes.

• Support contract lifecycle management (CLM), including tracking and renewals.
