A legal operations firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal to support corporate legal operations and compliance processes. This fully remote role is ideal for candidates with 2–4 years of experience in corporate law, particularly in contract drafting and legal documentation. Responsibilities include managing contracts, conducting legal research, and collaborating with internal teams. Formación

• 2–4 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong experience with contract drafting and review.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory processes.
