AI Rudder in Mexico City (Hybrid) is hiring an AI Business Operations Expert to design and optimize AI agent conversations across voice and chat, leveraging our platform to address client needs.

You will translate business challenges into detailed configuration plans, own post-launch performance metrics, and drive continuous improvements through data-driven analysis while guiding end-to-end delivery from requirement to go-live.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to deconstruct complex processes.
• Data-driven mindset to derive insights and measure optimization impact.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs); knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Design, write, and configure natural dialogue scripts and robust conversation flows for AI agents (voice and chat).
• Analyze client challenges and translate them into detailed configuration plans with defined intents and response logic.
• Monitor agent performance, review logs, and drive improvements in dialogue quality, resolution rates, and workflow efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end project management from requirement confirmation and design to configuration, UAT, and go-live.
