Capgemini in Mexico is seeking a Senior Conversational AI Engineer to lead the design, governance, optimization, and deployment of enterprise conversational AI solutions across digital and contact center channels.

You will own the conversational architecture, intent taxonomy, and release governance, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical partners to ensure accurate, scalable, and secure AI experiences.

Formación

• 5+ years designing, implementing, and supporting production Conversational AI platforms.
• Hands-on with Google Dialogflow CX, CX Agent Studio, CES.
• Experience managing large-scale intent architectures (150+ intents).
• Strong conversational design, intent modeling, entity management, and dialogue optimization.
• Experience with Generative AI and agentic conversational capabilities (Playbooks, Generators, Data Store Agents).
• Experience with conversation testing frameworks, evaluation tooling, and release governance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Professional Spanish proficiency (written and verbal).
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern the enterprise intent taxonomy, including lifecycle management and documentation standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain conversational experiences across chat and voice channels.
• Create and optimize conversation flows, prompts, slot filling, and fulfillment logic.
• Define conversational design standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure consistency, usability, and accuracy across customer-facing AI experiences.
• Develop, configure, and enhance solutions using Dialogflow CX and related tools.
• Leverage Generative AI capabilities, including Playbooks, Generators, and Data Store Agents.
• Support hybrid conversational architectures that combine deterministic flows with AI-driven experiences.
• Define regression testing frameworks and evaluation datasets.
• Own release readiness assessments and go/no-go decisions for deployments.
• Utilize evaluation tooling to measure performance and outcomes.
• Manage environment promotion and release activities across environments.
• Ensure compliance with change management and operational standards.
• Lead root-cause analysis of no-match/no-input and misrouted conversations.
• Produce recurring performance reports and optimization roadmaps.
