AI Rudder is hiring a Conversation Design & Flow Implementation specialist for our Polanco office in CDMX. You will design, write, and configure natural dialogue scripts for AI agents (voice and chat), leveraging LLM/NLU tech to support customer service, sales, and collections.

You will translate client challenges into detailed configuration plans, own the end-to-end project lifecycle from design to go-live, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvements in dialogue quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering, Technical, or related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for deconstructing complex processes.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights from data to guide decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Design, write, and configure natural dialogue scripts and robust conversation flows for AI agents.
• Analyze client challenges and translate them into actionable configuration plans with defined intents and response logic.
• Own post-launch AI agent performance by monitoring metrics and driving dialogue quality improvements.
• Lead end-to-end project management from requirement confirmation to go-live.
