Honeywell Technologies in Mexico is seeking a Sr IT Project Management Specialist to lead IT for Maquiladora processes, IMMEX/PROSEC, and compliance activities. You will collaborate with the foreign trade team to ensure regulatory adherence and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include international trade or related.
• 7+ years IT support experience for customs documentation audits and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with IMMEX, PROSEC, or Maquila schemes.
• Knowledge of import/export processes, trade regulations and Incoterms.
• Familiarity with trade management software (Oracle, SAP) and MS Office.
• Fluent English communication; strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT project strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulatory requirements for Maquiladora programs.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with foreign trade team and vendors to stay current on software.
• Conduct IT assessments and risk analysis; mitigate vulnerabilities.
