Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager in Veracruz to provide full project management services and on-site construction oversight for client projects. The role requires advising at conception, procurement oversight, risk management, and coordination across stakeholders to achieve time, cost, quality, and safety objectives.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering or Architecture degree, 5–10 years of PM experience in construction, and fluent English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Engineering or Architecture degree.
• Proven track record as a Lead Project Manager delivering successful client solutions.
• Experience working on site and fit-out projects.
• PMI certification is a plus.
• Consultant experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
