Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a project manager.
• Engineering or architectural degree with chartered status.
• Fluent in English and Spanish at working level.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for service delivery to meet client objectives.
• Review construction, approve capital expenditures and cost estimates.
• Plan, organize, schedule, direct and control project delivery on time.
• Lead meetings with clients and consultants, and manage risks and schedules.
• Oversee transfer of building operations to the client and warranty closure.
