Job summary

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services firm, seeks an experienced Project Manager to provide full PM services and on-site construction oversight. You will support the client as their representative to deliver successful outcomes, lead the Project Execution Plan, manage risks, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Responsibilities include oversight of construction, strategic advisement at project conception, resource procurement, and detailed reporting.

Qualifications

8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
Engineering or Architecture degree.
PMI certification is a plus.
Fluent in English and Spanish, to conduct meetings and present reports.

Responsibilities

Oversee the overall construction effort and act as client representative.
Advise at project conception on approaches to achieve client objectives.
Coordinate procurement of resources and manage contracts/budgets.
Create and coordinate the Project Execution Plan and related activities.
Manage risks related to construction, HES, and cost control with the client PM.
Support design process and review drawings for constructability.
Lead reporting on construction progress and meetings with stakeholders.
Manage RFI/Submittal processes and align with budgets.
Coordinate closeout items and site documentation.
Support safety, QA/QC, and labor relations programs to meet IIF and OE objectives.
