Turner & Townsend in Monterrey seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery on complex real estate and infrastructure projects. You will interface with clients, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate contractors and consultants, and drive cost control and value engineering.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a project manager.
• Sector experience: corporate occupier, retail, real estate.
• Experience in commissioning.
• Experience in LEED Projects is a plus.
• Engineering or architectural degree with chartered status.
• Fluent in English and Spanish at a working level to lead meetings, prepare reports and written communication, do presentations and talk to clients and suppliers.
• PMI or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 is a plus.
• Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM

Responsabilidades

• Run and lead client and other required meetings, presenting updates to the client at all project stages.
• Stakeholder management: Lead local Client and report to global team
• Identify the factors that influence construction costs and can monitor and report on this data.
• Lead value engineering sessions as required
• Oversee and manage the transfer of the building operations to the client including all close out documentation and warranties.
