Turner & Townsend in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to lead cost management across construction projects. You will manage estimates, cost plans, procurement and value management while liaising with clients and site teams to ensure financial performance.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12 years in cost management, a relevant degree, and bilingual English/Spanish, with proficiency in CostX, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD. International exposure and leadership skills are valued in this role.

Formación

• 8–12 years of professional experience in Cost Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• RICS, AACE certifications/memberships.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, CostX, and AutoCAD knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct feasibility studies and procurement reports.
• Review construction plans and prepare quantity take-offs and cost management.
• Prepare and review detailed estimates and cost plans.
• Lead cost management activities and present final cost plans.
• Travel to site locations as required and base on site when needed.
• Report to clients on estimated costs, variances and budgets.
