The Senior Project Manager will take responsibility end to end service delivery. To ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective service. Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages. Responsible of manage schedule and budgets as well as manage general contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
Responsible to review construction, correct and assess work-in-place, to approve capital expenditure spends, including the revision of cost estimates prepared by contractors and others within a client´s organization.
This professional will also be planning, organizing, scheduling, directing and controlling the delivery of the project on time.
