Turner & Townsend in Mexico City seeks a QA/QC professional with a comprehensive vision, a strong sense of responsibility, and proven technical experience in industrial civil, structural, and architectural projects. This role ensures construction processes meet high quality standards, regulatory requirements, and contract compliance.

You will develop QA/QC plans, verify materials and procedures, manage NCRs, and coordinate closeouts while collaborating with planning, supervision, and PMO teams

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in industrial projects (civil/structural/architectural) for energy or industrial facilities.
• Knowledge of NOM, ASTM, ACI, AISC, AWS standards applicable to Mexican industry.
• Strong documentation, record control, and executive-level reporting skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to perform under pressure with a results-driven mindset.
• Structured, organized, self-motivated, and capable of resolving complex technical issues.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement quality assurance and control plans per NOM, ASTM, ACI, AISC, AWS.
• Verify materials, procedures, inspections, and site records for civil/structural/architectural works.
• Conduct daily technical inspections and generate reports with photos and documentation.
• Initiate and manage NCRs and coordinate corrective actions.
• Oversee inspections and testing for soil, concrete, steel, welding, coatings, finishes.
• Present technical and quality updates in progress meetings and at executive level.
• Coordinate closeout of technical and documentary aspects of projects.
• Collaborate with planning, supervision, and PMO to ensure timely deliverables.
• Represent the company in audits, inspections, or client/regulatory reviews.
