Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Estimator to join our on-site team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have strong cost management and estimating experience and be a clear communicator who thrives in a client-facing environment.

You will develop cost plans from concept through detailed design, support client land acquisitions, and present cost updates at key milestones, while ensuring data accuracy and alignment with project goals.

Formación

• Advanced level of English required for international clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, cost management, quantity surveying or related construction field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in construction cost management or estimating.
• Experience in roles like Estimating, Cost Engineer, or Project Cost Controls.
• Strong client-facing skills and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Developing cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design.
• Supporting client land acquisitions.
• Delivering and presenting updated cost plans at design milestones.
• Reviewing design changes and preparing estimates with appropriate accuracy.
• Providing commercial input to value engineering exercises.
• Preparing cash commit forecasts for the construction life cycle.
• Collaborating with stakeholders on estimates and cost plans.
• Analyzing labor markets and cost drivers.
• Supporting clients with monthly cost presentations.
• Benchmarking data integration for accurate capture.
