Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager to join our team. The role requires a methodical approach, superb interpersonal skills, and extensive experience in cost management across large construction projects.

The position involves travel to on-site projects outside Mexico and close collaboration with clients, consultants and vendors to ensure accurate cost checks, tendering excellence and timely financial closeout.

Formación

• Feasibility studies and procurement reports.
• Cost planning and presenting the final cost plan.
• Development of cost procedures.
• Tendering, pre-qualification, tender analysis and documentation.
• Manage post-contract cost variances and change control.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for cost checks and valuations on large projects.
• Analyze project budgets and monitor expenditure against services.
• Review payment applications and ensure invoicing is accurate.
• Produce monthly post-contract cost reports for client review.
• Lead a cost management team where applicable.
