Nissan Mexicana in Mexico City is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Sr. Analyst to join our Human Resources team.

This role supports daily benefits operations, including insurance policy renewals, onboarding activities, and vendor management while monitoring market trends to guide compensation and benefits strategy. You will manage vendors for flexible benefits, medical insurance, and wellness programs, ensure SLAs are met, and collaborate with HRBPs to resolve inquiries and process payments

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in benefits administration, broker/insurance coordination, or vendor management.
• Advanced English level (minimum 500 TOEIC).
• Experience with brokers and insurance providers; ability to analyze costs and run financial models.

Responsabilidades

• Manage vendors for flexible benefits, medical insurance, and wellness programs.
• Ensure service levels with insurance providers meet SLAs.
• Act as liaison between the insurance company and Nissan for special cases and negotiations.
• Oversee renewal of insurance policies and flexible benefits.
• Coordinate activities aligned with the Nissan Way across medical, financial, flexibility, and wellness strategy.
• Support HRBPs on benefits matters and employee inquiries.
• Administer vendor management processes including payments and SLAs.
• Maintain weekly/monthly communication with the broker on employee cases.
• Ensure timely processing of employee payments (Bonoflex, home office, meal vouchers).
• Monitor market trends to inform compensation and benefits strategy.
