Nissan Mexicana is seeking a Sr. Specialist PMO in Mexico City to lead cross-functional, multicultural teams through the project lifecycle. You will ensure cost, quality, timing, profitability, and market performance targets are met across the Americas region.

You will monitor progress, validate assumptions, analyze financials, and drive alignment across regional markets to deliver business results. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related) or business-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive industry or program management.
• Experience in planning, financial analysis, business operations, or related functions.
• Ability to understand and explain financial indicators (operational profit, delivery costs, performance metrics).
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Power BI.
• Willingness to travel 30% to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional and multicultural teams to follow the development process meeting cost, quality, timing, and financial targets.
• Analyze business, financial, and market information to support revenue, profitability, cost efficiency, and competitiveness.
• Validate inputs and deliverables from Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, R&D, and other stakeholders across the Americas.
• Manage multiple complex projects and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Monitor project performance, explain variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Track key business indicators and financial results to meet objectives.
• Support achievement of Sales & Marketing expenditure targets and commitments.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports.
