Formulated Automation is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse real estate portfolio and lead automation initiatives that improve efficiency and profitability. The role requires strong project and people leadership, meticulous financial oversight, and a proactive approach to implementing technology solutions.

You will manage leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting, while coordinating with leadership to achieve portfolio objectives.

Formación

• Proven experience in managing commercial property assets.
• Strong project and people management abilities.
• Excellent financial literacy, including review of P&Ls and operating expenses.
• Fluent written and spoken English; clear communication with tenants and owners.
• Comfortable learning and implementing AI and automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as senior point of contact for tenant and property matters.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, bookkeeping, maintenance, and property ops teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet portfolio objectives and optimize operations.
• Maintain high occupancy and control operating expenses.
• Coordinate property improvements, vendor timelines, and re-tenanting efforts.
• Review operating expenses and financial reports for accuracy.
• Document and improve workflows across property management functions.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes with technology.
• Evaluate and implement property management, reporting, AI, and automation tools.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and bring ideas to leadership.
• Lead projects from planning through implementation and track accountability.
