Placements24 is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in and around Naucalpan, State of Mexico. This remote-first role focuses on maximizing property value, tenant satisfaction, and operational excellence from a home office.

You will lead leasing efforts, financial management, tenant relations, and maintenance supervision while coordinating with providers. A relevant degree and strong CRE experience are required for success.

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial real estate management and operations.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with property management software and remote work tools.
Autonomy to manage multiple properties remotely.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties, primarily remotely.
Develop leasing strategies to minimize vacancies and maximize rental income.
Manage tenant relations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting and rent collection for all properties.
Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure compliance and upkeep.
Conduct virtual inspections and on-site visits as needed.
Negotiate renewals and service contracts with favorable terms.
Analyze market conditions and recommend value-enhancing strategies.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
