Jobtailor in Monterrey seeks an experienced in-house attorney to draft, review, and negotiate NDAs and other commercial agreements. You will sign off on complex terms, manage high-volume contracts, and provide legal judgment for escalated issues that affect business units across the company.

The role requires a JD, bar admission, and at least 8 years of experience in commercial contracting, with fluency in English and comfort using CLM/AI-enabled tools.

Formación

• Requires a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited school.
• Bar admission or equivalent licensing authority in good standing.
• 8+ years of post-qualification legal experience in commercial contracting.
