Job summary

Medpace in Mexico City is seeking experienced Clinical Trial Managers/Project Managers to oversee day-to-day project operations in a CRO setting. You will act as the primary Sponsor contact, maintain protocol knowledge, and supervise cross-functional teams to ensure timely study deliverables.

Fluency in English is required. The role offers a competitive salary/bonus program and equity grants, with an office-based environment in Mexico City and occasional work-from-home after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field required; Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years as a project/clinical trial manager within a CRO.
• Experience in Phases 1-4; Phases 2-3 preferred.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the project per contract and ICH/GCP.
• Serve as primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and study deliverables.
• Maintain in depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication.
• Provide cross-functional oversight of internal project team members and deliverables.
• Review and provide input for study protocol, edit check specs, data analysis plan, and final study report.
• Develop operational project plans.
• Manage risk assessment and execution.
• Responsible for management of study vendor.
• Manage site quality, including supervision of CRAs and monitoring deliverables.
