Job summary

Medpace is seeking seasoned Clinical Trial Managers / Project Managers to join our Mexico City office, leading day-to-day operations for trials across Phases 1–4. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to ICH/GCP, and serve as primary sponsor contact for study deliverables.

You will oversee site quality, risk management, and vendor oversight while collaborating with global teams. Fluency in English is required; on-site work in Mexico City is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years as a project/clinical trial manager within a CRO.
• Experience in Phases 1-4; Phases 2-3 preferred. Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the project per contract and ICH/GCP.
• Serve as primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and study deliverables.
• Maintain knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indications.
• Provide cross-functional oversight of internal project team members and training.
• Review and input for study protocol, edits, data analysis plan, and final report.
• Develop operational project plans and manage risk assessment/execution.
• Oversee study vendor management and site quality.
• Directly supervise Clinical Research Associates and monitoring deliverables.
