Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager II to lead site management and monitoring activities for Ciudad de Mexico-based trials with remote work options. You will ensure patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across study deliverables.

You will collaborate with CRA teams, data management, and ongoing site recruitment to achieve study milestones, timelines, and budget adherence while maintaining high-quality trial conduct.

Competenze

• Proven experience managing clinical trials from start-up to closeout.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee site management, monitoring, and data integrity across trials.
• Coordinate site activations, budgets, and scope with CRAs/monitors.
• Identify data and process risks and implement mitigations.
• Maintain CTMS dashboards and ensure audit trails are complete.
• Coordinate training for study teams on protocols and plans.
• Escalate risks to project manager regarding timelines, quality, or budget.
• Collaborate with Study Start Up, Data Management, and Patient Recruitment teams.
