Syneos Health in Mexico City (CDMX) is seeking a Sr. Project Associate / CTA or Project Specialist for a hybrid role.

The candidate will drive clinical trial management activities, coordinate internal resources and vendors, and maintain timelines and budgets across studies, from single service to global projects. The role requires a life sciences background, knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines, strong organization, and English proficiency; travel up to ~5% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• GCP/ICH knowledge and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Time management and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PM tools.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel ~5%.

Responsabilidades

• Drives planning and execution of clinical trial elements with the Project Lead.
• Ensures timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinates internal resources and vendors for project execution.
• Monitors project performance to drive successful completion.
• Maintains study documentation and contributes to study financial health.
• Documents project scope, risks, and actions; communicates with stakeholders.
