Job summary

Medpace is seeking a Clinical Research Project Coordinator for our office in Mexico City to join the Clinical Trial Management team. This full-time role collaborates with CTM to ensure on-time delivery of tasks and accurate project status reporting.

You will interact with sponsors, study sites, and internal staff, coordinate meetings, and maintain project timelines while leveraging your health sciences background and English fluency. Office-based position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences or related field.
• Prior experience as a Study Coordinator or in pharma preferred.
• Excellent computer skills, organization, and communication.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Engage in daily clinical trial management activities.
• Collaborate with CTM to ensure timely, accurate task delivery.
• Compile and maintain project status reports.
• Interact with Sponsor, sites, and internal teams.
• Create and maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate meetings and produce minutes.
