Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams to achieve project milestones.
• Experience in an international environment and site management/monitoring (clinical or central).
• Knowledge of risk-based monitoring and budget management recommended.
• Proficient in Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and related regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee site management oversight, clinical monitoring and central monitoring deliverables with a focus on patient safety, protocol/GCP/regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Coordinate site interactions post-activation through site closeout, including patient recruitment and investigator payments as needed.
• Identify data and process risks and mitigate them via the RACT and related plans.
• Review study scope, budget, and protocol content with the team and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Provide updates to clients and leadership on deliverables and risks, and support inspections readiness.
