Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager with strong project management experience for sponsor-dedicated trials in Mexico. The role focuses on site management, monitoring, data integrity, and regulatory compliance, coordinating with CRAs and central monitors to meet timelines.

The ideal candidate has extensive clinical trial expertise, excellent cross-functional communication, and the ability to manage risks and budgets while ensuring quality and patient safety across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field and relevant clinical trial experience.
• Proven project management experience in sponsor dedicated settings.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management and monitoring deliverables with patient safety focus.
• Coordinate risk assessments and management plans across the study.
• Manage budgets, timelines and vendor collaboration to meet milestones.
