Sensient Technologies Corporation is a global color and flavor manufacturer seeking a Chemical Process Engineer for our Lerma, Mexico site. You will plan, monitor, and optimize production processes, drive improvements, and collaborate with plant personnel and technical teams in St.

Louis. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, at least five years in process engineering, strong process control knowledge, ERP experience, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in process engineering.
• Hands-on experience with plant-level process control and optimization strategies.
• Experience taking projects from development through implementation to operations.
• Intermediate to advanced English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, monitor, and control production processes and variables from start to finish.
• Optimize workflows, reduce production times and variability, and maximize product capabilities.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate process risks while implementing process improvement strategies.
• Participate in development, implementation, and launch of new products and projects for plant-floor execution.
• Provide and maintain accurate process information, documentation, and improvement schedules.
• Serve as a key link between production and the technical needs of manufacturing processes, working with plant personnel and teams in St. Louis.
