Sensient Technologies seeks a Process Engineer Manager for our Lerma, MX site. You will lead process engineering, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement across production, quality, and process control.

You will oversee development and qualification of new manufacturing processes and equipment, collaborate with plant personnel and technical teams, and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations in a global color, flavor, and extracts environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in process engineering with proven people management experience.
• Hands-on experience with plant-level process control and process-variable management.
• Experience leading projects from development through implementation to operations on the plant floor.
• Strong technical knowledge of production, quality, process control and ERP systems (JD Edwards) and MS Office.
• English proficiency is required with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, monitor, and control production processes from start to finish for safe, efficient operations.
• Lead and manage the process engineering function, coaching team members and fostering continuous improvement.
• Optimize workflows, reduce production times and variability using data-driven improvements.
• Identify and mitigate process risks and implement optimization strategies.
• Lead development, implementation and launch of new manufacturing processes and new equipment qualifications.
• Bridge production and technical needs with plant personnel and engineering teams.
