Sensient Technologies Corporation in Celaya, Mexico is seeking a Project Engineer (Electrical) to support maintenance and reliability programs across production facilities. You will participate in capital projects and process improvements from planning through execution, collaborating with site teams and leaders.

The role requires hands-on electrical/mechanical engineering experience in regulated environments, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel frequently.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with maintenance and reliability programs.

Responsabilidades

• Support and implement reliability and maintenance programs across sites.

Project Engineer (Electrical)

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our team in Celaya Mexico. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Maintenance and Reliability programs, Capital Projects and Process Improvement for all production facilities in Sensient Technologies.

What You'll Do

• Support and implement key reliability and maintenance programs across various manufacturing sites and assist in developing strategies and processes for equipment care, including autonomous and condition-based maintenance.
• Evaluate equipment risk and support efforts to minimize downtime and improve safety and efficiency.
• Work with site teams to identify spare part needs and streamline inventory practices
• Contribute to capital projects and process improvement efforts from planning through execution
• Train and support plant maintenance and operations teams on best practices and tools, as well as partner with site leaders to monitor performance metrics and improve preventive maintenance programs.

You'll Bring

• Background in electrical or mechanical engineering with hands-on in food, cosmetic or pharma industry experience.
• Strong understanding of maintenance systems, reliability tools, and process improvement techniques.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while working closely with cross-functional teams and be comfortable navigating both strategic planning and on-the-ground execution.
• Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments is helpful along with clear communication skills and the ability to lead training or technical discussions.
• Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different site environments and teams.
