Sensient Technologies seeks a Chemical Process Engineer for our Lerma manufacturing site. You will plan, monitor, and control production processes from start to finish, drive optimization, and mitigate risks, partnering with plant personnel and technical teams in St.

Louis to launch new products. The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, 5+ years of process engineering experience, and strong English communication; ERP and Office skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in process engineering.
• Hands-on experience with plant-level process control, management of process variables, and implementation of process improvement and optimization strategies.
• Experience taking projects from development through implementation and transitioning them successfully to an operational level on the plant floor.
• Technical knowledge of production, quality, quality assurance, and process control in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with JD Edwards or a similar ERP system.
• Intermediate to advanced English, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with plant personnel and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, monitor, and control production processes and variables from start to finish.
• Optimize workflows, reduce production times and variability, and maximize product capabilities.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate process risks while implementing process improvement and optimization strategies.
• Participate in the development, implementation, and launch of new products and projects, taking them through to successful plant-floor execution.
• Provide and maintain accurate process information, documentation, and improvement schedules.
• Serve as a key link between production and the technical needs of manufacturing processes, working closely with plant personnel and technical teams in St. Louis.
